Shanna is the definition of dependable. Whether it’s a last-minute run to Costco or Restaurant Depot because we’re low on napkins, a trip to another distributor because a delivery truck broke down, or a late-night mission to replace a sign that blew away in a storm—Shanna is already on it.

She doesn’t ask questions. She just figures it out.

Need someone to hop on the line and give a cook a break? Done. Cashier calling out and the rush is starting? She’s in. Need an all-night helper to reset the booth before the next day starts? Shanna’s probably already had coffee and is back at it before sunrise.

We joke that she can pull a 42-hour shift and still be ready to go. But it’s not a joke—because she has. More than once.

Shanna is that steady, behind-the-scenes presence who helps make sure everything gets done, 24/7. When things go sideways (and at the Fair, they often do—you just never know), she’s the calm in the storm, the fixer, the one we can always count on.

There’s no title big enough for what Shanna does—but around here, we just call her irreplaceable.
