At Turkey To Go®, we like to keep it in the family—sometimes literally. Meet Yuritxy Fernandez, my goddaughter and one of the key players keeping our crew moving and the booth humming.

Yuritxy is the quiet force managing the small but critical details that keep everything from falling apart. She’s the one watching the schedule, tracking shifts, and making sure everyone gets their bathroom breaks without slowing down the line. Need someone to cover a station for five minutes? Yuritxy’s already on it. Need to shuffle the rotation to keep the energy up and the workflow smooth? She’s got it handled.

She may not be the loudest in the booth, but trust me—if you took her out of the mix, you’d feel it fast. Everyone on our crew has a part to play, and Yuritxy is one of those key cogs that helps the whole machine run steady.

It’s not easy juggling a crowd, a schedule, and a team of tired, turkey-slinging humans—but Yuritxy does it all with calm, confidence, and a whole lot of heart. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.
